Before the ceremony i feel a little bit lost and disconnected.
During the ceremony i feel much of peace inside and a feeling of love and connect to everyone in the circle. So many different people, so many different story’s of life. And we are all here of this planet, to find back to love and what we really are I’m the deepest
I think the cacao flows right to the middle of the center from my heart and makes me feel so much lighter
The dancing and meditation after the ceremony was so amazing and let me come back to silence. To myself
And this wonderful place in nature touches my heart of a very mystical way

Loved the pot of chocolate on a campfire and totally appreciate the meal at the end so we could hang around. It was certainly special in the sense that I felt special things during and after the ceremony.
Was great that we did some body work to then be more prepare to receive the medicine. Was a new feeling to talk to the spirits of the cacao and actually realize that they are there. They certainly helped me in what I asked for. So thanks a lot for enabling it 🙏🤗
To be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed with the eye contact experience we did. It has been a while I have looked at a women so long time in the eyes and then so many in a night :) I guess I felt in love in a way each time. Was great and quite intimate.
I enjoy a lot the meditation afterwards and was able to get deep and enjoy the moment.

I've had the privilege to have both group and individual sessions: In group learning her ability to read the energy of the collective and adjusts the times of yoga to fit the needs of all is always on target.
But my favorite; being new into this yoga training/learning was the individual. Valentina showed me an easier way to focus with my mind and body in order to get the flow of the Asana and allow the benefit of my body to really sink in and let the Asana be absorbed and do its work...Valentina`s gift to me, through her own dedicated learned skills in Traditional Tantra Yoga has been instrumental in assisting this life of mine in a major shift to reach a higher peace of mind and contentment throughout my well being.

The Cacao Ceremony with Valentina was a surprising and beautiful experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but found a carefully created sacred space, a peaceful community which allowed for authenticity, delicious ceremonial cacao carefully prepared, and all of this guided by a lovely facilitator. Highly recommended! I’ve been drinking the ceremonial cacao daily ever since and enjoy it a lot.

My coaching sessions with Valentina were very helpful and exactly what I was looking for.

In my opinion its very valuable to go beyond just talking, and instead integrating many different tools and methods, working with the body, voice, movement, imagination, breathing etc.

Valentina is thoughtful and empathetic and with her guidance I had significant experiences, including working through longstanding fears and as a result being able to grow and live more authentically.
